The Boston Bruins have signed playoff-star Patrice Bergeron. Bergeron played game 5 in the playoffs last season, with a broken rib and a punctured lung. Even though the Bruins didn't win the Stanley Cup, they came one game within it.
Bergerons contract is very good for the Bruins cap-space, an 8 year $52 million dollar contract ( $6.5 million dollars per year )
Bergeron has spent his entire career with the bruins and he had 9 goals and 15 points in 22 games with the Bruins in the playoffs last season.
